how to use grids in Resource 32000

Grids in Resource 32000 are used to display only the information you want to see, and in the order you want to see it.

For Example, in Supplier Enquiry, on the Account Tab all you want to see are the fields Type, Supplier Refer-
ence, Value and Date in that order,then ...

1.Right-Click in the Square on the Top Left-Hand Corner of the Grid and select "Change Visible Columns"

2.Deselect all apart from Type, Supplier Ref, Date and Value and
Click on OK

3.Whilst holding down the CTRL-
key, move the Cursor to the Grid Label entitled "Value", drag this to the left of the date column using your mouse and release

Note: This view of the data will be stored against your login code and will be your default view until you choose to change it.
