    H & H Associates will charge a fee of 25% of the canididates first year's remuneration, payable in two parts. Half, payable on start and the other half after the three month probationary period.

    Where the candidiate is on an H & H Associates trainee scheme and the Company only pays expenses to the trainee, then the fee will be based 20% based on the current market rate that will be agrred with the company. 

    Under the trainee scheme you will be disginated a member of staff with a relevant degree who will work with you for a minimum of six months on a 9.00am to 5.00pm basis, paying only his/her travel expenses.

    All we ask is that you complete his training record on a monthly basis. If at the end of the six month period the company decides to give the trainee a full time job then H & H Associates will charge 20% of the first year's remuneration.
