Key Achievements: Grew from zero to £12M turnover through organic growth and acquisition, with offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle and Edinburgh, and 600 staff by September 2002. Negotiated departure from FSG due to a difference of opinion with the previous Chairman in August 2003. Employed as a Consultant for the Company until September 2004. Excellent relationship with new Chairman. Gained accreditation with the Institute for Independent Business and started Kite Business Development in January 2005.

Mar 96 – Jul 99 DGN Security Consultants (Reference available) Position: Owner / MD
Key Achievements: Consultancy to national, regional and local security companies on restructuring, business development, recruitment, and obtaining British Standards certification (BS 7499 and ISO 9002); elected member of ASC in Nov 1996; began planning for the start up of FSG.

May 95 - Mar 96 The Watch Security Ltd (Reference available) Position: General Manager
Key Achievements: Brought in as a trouble-shooter. Re-structured Company with new management team: Doubled turnover in 10 months; Wrote new Quality & Procedures Manual and passed subsequent ISO 9002 inspection; Introduced Client Liaison Policy and Supervisory Audit system: Computerised the entire Company and introduced “Roll call� software for the revamped 24 hour Control Room. Left very amicably when it became clear that personal equity was unavailable, and started up own Consultancy business.

Apr 92 - Aug 93 Group 4 Total Security Ltd Position: Area Manager London & East Anglia
Key Achievements: Complete reorganisation. BS5750 certification.; Seconded by the UK Main Board in Feb \ Mar ’93 to rescue Group 4 from initial failures associated with M3 extension at Twyford Down – complete success. In April ‘93 promoted to running London and East Anglia (T/O £15M & 800 employees). Left after being headhunted to start my own company on the back of a £3M contract, which subsequently failed to appear.

Key Achievements: Brought in as a trouble-shooter. Reorganised Company. Gained relevant British Standards. Lead times reduced from 3 months to 24 hours. Completed 3 year project in 9 months. Agreed very amicable departure from a very grateful employer.

    H & H Associates will charge a fee of 25% of the canididates first year's remuneration, payable in two parts. Half, payable on start and the other half after the three month probationary period.

    Where the candidiate is on an H & H Associates trainee scheme and the Company only pays expenses to the trainee, then the fee will be based 20% based on the current market rate that will be agrred with the company. 

    Under the trainee scheme you will be disginated a member of staff with a relevant degree who will work with you for a minimum of six months on a 9.00am to 5.00pm basis, paying only his/her travel expenses.

    All we ask is that you complete his training record on a monthly basis. If at the end of the six month period the company decides to give the trainee a full time job then H & H Associates will charge 20% of the first year's remuneration.
